Labour Contract

Sruthi Total HR Solutions Private Limited (STHSPL) is one of the leading service providers in Labour Contract, located in Chennai, India. It offers various levels of candidates depend on clients need s to work on their premises on contract basis. The contract generally will be 1 year and the service charge will be 15% on monthly bill and central service tax @10.3% will be applicable on total gross value. Monthly agreed payment should be paid on or before 10th every month after submitting our bill before 3rd on every month. Either party can cancel by giving 1 month prior notice.

- ITI – any trade
- Unskilled Workman ( 10th Pass and +2 ).

- Drivers , Fork Lift Operators and Office Boy
- Administrative Staff
- Loading & Unloading workers
- House Keeping workers
Uniform, safety shoes, any increase in minimum wages, DA, ESI, EPF and Bonus, National and festival holidays and annual leave with wages will be borne by employer. STHSPL will take care all compliance towards ESI, EPF, Inspector of Factories and Service Tax and incase worker injured during Duty then employer has to give first aid and STHSPL will take care rest
